Austin Turf & Tractor is a leading supplier of golf course, sports turf and commercial landscape equipment parts and service and is the leading supplier of the John Deere Golf line of products in these industries for Texas and New Mexico.  The company has been in business since 1992 and has an excellent opportunity for a dedicated, long-term career minded Parts Sales Professional at its Farmers Branch, Texas location.

 

Job Description

The selected candidate will be a key point of contact for customers, management,  and other team members:

· Process telephone parts order from customers, as well as ensure customer satisfaction

· Build relationships with customers through consistent contact

· Provide guidance and technical support  before during and after the sale

· Work with warehouse staff to insure inventory control

· Ensure timely execution of administrative functions related to sales, including back-order follow-up

· Backup the duties of the Parts Manager

· Shipping responsibilities

· Other duties assigned by Parts or Store Manager

 

Requirements

· Candidate must have good communication skills with Customer Service Focus

· Sales Driven

· Well Organized and have the ability to Prioritize Projects

· High School Diploma

· 3+ years of Parts Sales Experience

· Knowledge in aftermarket parts is a plus

· Must have good analytical skills and good typing skills

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

· Positive can-do attitude  with strong work ethic

· Previous leadership / management experience preferred

· Ability to lift 50 pounds

· Team player

· Must be drug Free – Mandatory Drug Test
