Part-Time Merchandiser (190818-918)

Description



Fossil is looking for a part-time candidate to become a member of our growing ARROW Merchandising team, in our Little Rock, Arkansas territory. Arrow Merchandisers represent Fossil by assisting our retail partners in: putting out back stock; setting and maintaining displays to meet standards; conducting seminars; reporting via email and voice mail opportunities and obstacles to Account Executives and Arrow Regional Merchandising Managers; negotiating for retail space; placing POS collateral; informing store personnel about service accomplishments; building positive working relationships with store personnel (store manager, area sales manager, visual director, key sales associates). Recruit, interview, hire, train and supervise Staffing personnel as needed. Travel to Regional training meetings as scheduled.
