Sales/Retail/Business Development Location: San Jose, CA 95101 | E-Mail This Job | View Our Company Profile     PART TIME - 30 hours (Monday - Friday daytime hours)Candidates must have reliable transportation to commute within this territory: San Jose, Salinas, Sunnyvale, Palo Alto, Santa Clara, Cupertino, San Mateo, Hayward & Pleasanton  The purpose of this position is to assist in the execution of transformational on-floor merchandising programs and product initiatives at multiple accounts.  Ensure that our standards of execution are met, including negotiating for and securing the most advantageous placement of properly sized and merchandised product on the retail floor Identify and communicate business growth opportunities at the door level for each account Assist in the selection, training, scheduling and supervision of temporary help Educate store personnel on our products, seasonal programs and on-floor visual strategies Utilize sound judgment and diplomacy to resolve problems   Basic Qualifications Minimum 1 year retail, wholesale or visual merchandising experience Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook  Additional Qualifications Bachelor's degree or related retail/wholesale experience preferred Ability to identify and assess daily priorities Capability to understand and discuss current business trends with stakeholders Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational abilities and a professional demeanor Solid business acumen and a strong independent work ethic Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
