PGA Manager In Training

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Facility Manager/Manager in Training is responsible for maintaining strict financial management, utilizing productive marketing, providing quality customer service, controlling loss prevention, providing a desirable work environment and ensuring that Company policies and procedures and state and federal laws are being maintained and followed by all personnel. These objectives are obtained through quality customer service; merchandise handling, cleaning, maintenance, safety, security, effective employee relations and other general duties as assigned. This is an exempt salaried position with a six (6) day, 48 hour workweek, including weekends and holidays, reporting directly to the Area Operations Manager. An employee in this position will be a Manager in Training (MIT) throughout training.  After successful completion of the On the Job Training Program and the availability of a store location you will be reclassified and promoted to Facility Manager.  If you are interested in embarking upon a new and challenging opportunity with the possibilities of advancing your career with the organization that is the Official Fuel of NASCAR, we look forward to hearing from you.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be 17 years of age or older. Must have a valid driver's license, valid insurance and transportation. Background check and drug screening completed. 2-5 years of retail management experience preferred.
