Duties include: Install, troubleshoot, manage, and support company IT systems, including hw/sw on servers and workstations, as well as telecommunications and office equipment at multiple locations, in both office and retail environments. Perform application and OS installations and upgrades. Assist with User account administration, network support, and new employee computer training.
