Position Purpose

The primary purpose of the Outside Sales Representative is to generate new business, grow sales, and provide sales support to assigned accounts. Our Outside Sales Representatives must possess a passion for success, a proven track record of achievement, a never ending drive to achieve top-level performance, and a clear vision of the future. This position offers career advancement opportunities.

 

 

ResponsibilitiesProspecting new and service existing customers on a daily basis. Identify customer needs and opportunities where Ganz products and services will improve customer productivity; create demand for those products and services.  Manage customer service issues to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

 

Skills and RequirementsGoal-oriented and highly motivated Meeting sale goals Cold calling on retail establishments Maintaining existing accounts Closing skills Ganz requires candidates to live within their designated territories and will not provide for relocation.
