Outbound Services Specialist
FGX International is a leading designer and marketer of non-prescription reading glasses and sunglasses. We have a collection of established and well-recognized brands, including Foster Grant and Magnivision. Our market leadership is driven by a colection of fashionable, high-quality eyewear and jewelry products sold in over 57,000 retail locations worldwide.We are currntly recruiting for an Outbound Service Specialist for our Quantum division which incorporates the Anarchy, Angel and Gargoyles brands of sunglasses.The Outbound Service Specialist is responsible for establishing personal relationships with new Quantum customers and reinforcing relationships with current ones. In addition, he/she acts as the customer's in-house advocate by collaborating across departments to ensure the customers' needs are met in a timely manner.

The Outbound Service Specialist will assist five east coast sales representatives and will report directly into the Vice President of Licensing & Quantum Sales.

Job Responsiblities
    ·       Daily communication with sales representatives
    ·       Weekly "targeted call lists" established with each sales representative to review service and revenue opportunities with existing customers
    ·       Weekly management of Inactivity Reports for territories
    ·       Regular communication with top retailers in each territory
    ·       Internal contact for all of the representatives' customers
    ·       Cold calls to potential retailers in territory
    ·       New Account follow-up
    ·       Work with sales representative to assist with bad debt / collections
    ·       Attend trade shows and targeted territorial travel
