Operations Support Specialist

JOB SUMMARY: Position requires working 2 Sundays per month. The Store Operations Support Senior Representative provides superior levels of service to stores who call or submit an e-help desk ticket through Remedy to the home office.  Primary Duties and Responsibilities:  Research and respond to all tier 1 inquires received from Retail stores via telephone or Remedy pertaining to Retail policies and procedures, Pricing, Marketing, Operational or Merchandising issues in a professional and timely manner.  Leverage all resources when searching for resolution to tickets. Continue to stay updated on all programs, procedures and process changes.  Bring expedient resolution to store issues that drive customer satisfaction.   Accurately categorize each issue in Remedy and ensure all necessary fields are populated.  QUALIFICATIONS:  Bachelor Degree preferred 2 to 4 years related work experience Strong communication skills, both oral and written. High levels of professionalism. Able to interact well with diverse audiences. Strong problem-solving skills. Able to achieve resolution for stores expediently. Strong computer skills. Able to effectively use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc. Aptitude for understanding and utilizing a wide array of resources and policies. Demonstrated ability to make quick decisions and negotiate a win-win for resolution to store issues. Able to collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure that each issue is resolved efficiently. Retail experience preferred.
