Job ID: 14542Position Description:Grainger, a Fortune 500 company and the leading broad line supplier of facilities maintenance products in North America is currently seeking an Inbound Operations Manager for their Robbinsville, NJ distribution center. The Inbound Operations Manager is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for a high volume, multi-shift distribution center. The successful candidate will utilize extensive and proven interpersonal, employee development and team building skills. In this position you will administer all functions to ensure timely and accurate product receipt, order fulfillment, and the optimization of resources and processes while operating within budget. You will develop and implement processes to ensure compliance with company policies/procedures and continual process improvement.
