Successful candidates will have at least 3 YEARS experience in managing managers in AUTOMATED, BIG BOX RETAIL DISTRIBUTION and will ensure high standards of quality and customer service in delivering merchandise to the stores and display an appropriate competence in the following areas: Leading a team in a high volume, hardlines environment Continuous improvement Full P&L responsibility and budget development Developing and mentoring for succession   Lead and develop a world-class team Achieve high standards Make an impact Create your destinyIf you are ready for the challenge, let us know you are out there
