The King of Prussia store has an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in a full time Operation Assistant position. The Operations Assistant will be cross-functional in all areas of store operations and will cover each area as needed. The percent of time spent in each area will be decided by local store management and will be flexible based on the needs of the business.  The Operations Assistant will ensure store inventory availability to optimize customer service, maintain the returns report, and communicate and educate the staff on merchandise updates. This individual will also be responsible for post sales customer communication and service including minor onsite repairs, cleanings and other services within the customer service area and assisting management in the visual presentation of merchandise by conducting scheduled cleaning and inspection of store inventory. The Operations Assistant will be held accountable for answering incoming calls,performing daily cashier functions, maintaining customer orders including reservations, interstore point sales and prepare post sale valuations, and ordering all store supplies.   Additional responsibilities include sales and client development, assisting on the sales floor and customer service window as needed, performing POS functions, and building customer relations while providing the Tiffany Experience.   Qualified candidates will work well with customers, peers and management, have the ability to understand and adhere to Tiffany standards and work retail store hours as necessary, including nights, weekends and holidays. This individual should also have the flexibility to cover different operations roles based on day-to-day business needs, and be highly organized and detail oriented. It is preferred that candidates have strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.   At Tiffany, we believe a diverse workforce makes a difference.
