Online Marketing Manager
Pacific Sunwear offers apparel, accessories and footwear for teens andyoung adults through its 960 PacSun stores located across the United Statesand Puerto Rico. Our Corporate Office is located in the City of Anaheim, inbeautiful Southern California. All corporate employees enjoy a daily casualdress code, access to a full gym with showers and locker room, as well asan outdoor basketball court, volleyball court and a cafe. Pacific Sunwear'sdistribution center is located in Olathe, Kansas. Regional Director,District Manager and store positions are located throughout the UnitedStates.
Position Description:
Are you an online marketing pro with that perfect blend of market researcher, trend-spotter and expertise in youth culture? Inspire customers and colleagues when you join our team. Focus on results-based marketing campaigns through website, mobile, social networking, email, fashion, action sports and music. Passion for and priority on engaging customers and making their experience with the brand the best it can be. Primary Duties• Create and drive seasonal marketing and promotional strategies that engage teens while pushing the brand forward and building authenticity• Oversee day-to-day management of programs and promotions • Work closely with online design, marketing, operations and buying teams • Partner with Brand Marketing to properly translate offline programs and promotions into dynamic online experiences• Analyze, report and plan for areas of ownership

Qualifications:
• 5 years relevant online marketing experience with youth culture brand• Technology savvy and well-connected in web2.0, mobile, music and fashion• Experience running programs for online acquisition, conversion and retention • Creative thinker and problem solver. Planful and organized• Experience developing and executing online marketing plans and programs• Experience translating brands offline to online• Must be an avid online user • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
