We will be conducting job fairs on the following dates at 945 East Lancaster Avenue, Downingtown, PA WHICH IS RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO OUR NEW LOCATION AND STAPLES.We will be interviewing for the following Downingtown, PA positions on these Dates:        Dates:08/04/08 - 08/09/08 Mon. - Sat. Times:9am - 5pm Brandywine Dates:08/11/08 - 08/16/08 Mon. - Sat. Times:9am - 5pm  Office CoordinatorKey Responsibilities:- Coordinates recruiting and interview process - Enters and revises weekly schedules- Plans and conducts new associate orientations- Track the administration of both training checklists and performance reviews - Track and maintain accurate payroll records and reports- Track and distribute benefit information - Maintain associate files and records - Track attendance programs and performance review program - Coordinate and assist in recognition programs - Balances register tills, counts and balances safe- Researches register and safe variances- Places coin and currency orders and prepares funds for next days sales- Prepares reports for Accounting and Finance- Processes Bad Check Payments and Purchase Orders- Provides excellent internal and external Customer ServiceQualifications:- 1-2 years of related administration experience or education equivalent - Effective communication skills (verbal and written) - Ability to read and interpret documents and reports - Computer skills (Word, Excel, Email, and Time keeping) - Physical demands while performing the duties of this job include: standing, walking, hearing, talking, bending, lifting, may occasionally move up to 50 pounds.  Christmas Tree Shops is planning a summer opening.  Planned employment start date is August.
