Due to extensive growth and expansion, we are excited to announce

the grand opening of our 5th facility, located in Columbus, located off Morse Road.

 

We have an excellent opportunity available for an Office Assistant to join our TEAM!  The position will be responsible for providing general office support, with a heavy emphasis on billing, accounts receivable, and collections.  Additional duties will include answering/routing telephone calls, data entry, report generation, file maintenance, sorting mail, assisting with purchasing, and other clerical duties, as assigned. 

 

Qualified candidates will have similar work experience, excellent communication skills, with extreme accuracy and attention to detail.  In addition, organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast paced environment are required.  Basic to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word ( & Outlook, preferred.) 

 

Hours of work are typically 40-45 hours per week starting at 6:30/7AM, Mon-Sat.

 

The position offers a starting pay range of 25K-28K annually, and a benefits package including:
