This position also maintains the department’s merchandising standards as well as leads, trains and coaches store associates assigned to the department. Associates must possess strong sales, customer service and communication skills. This position may require additional functions. Staples’ In Store Technician will be responsible for providing customer service and sales support consistent with our EASY Service behaviors, with a particular emphasis on technical services to our customers, as well as, within the office equipment area. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Selling products and services in business machines department Driving electronics and EASY Mobile Tech Revenues Managing and Performing in-store upgrades and installs Customer Service Loss PreventionREQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Candidates MUST have an exceptional attitude towards giving great customer service. The ability to work in a fast-paced, TEAM environment is a must.
