From behind the scenes activity in the accounting office to the maintenance team making certain the store is in pristine condition, the work done by Service departments impact the entire store’s operations. Customer Service team members have the opportunity to leave a lasting impression on the customers through checking out on the Front End or in the parking lot lending a Helping Hand. These employees pride themselves on ensuring each customer’s shopping experience is a great one!

 

Service Departments include: Accounting Office, Front End (including Cashiers), Parking Lot Attendants, Maintenance, Service Desk

Work environment:Work generally involves continuous interactions with customers and co-workers in a fast-paced environment Customer Service positions in the Service area will require team members to spend time on his or her feet and stand without a break for up to 4 hoursSpecific motions, weight lifting requirements and temperature conditions will vary by department
