- Account Manager Nestle Nespresso Seeks Dynamic Trade Support Manager for our Corporate Offices located in New York to Act as an ambassador of the Nespresso Brand to all trade customers. Nespresso USA is one of the fastest growing operating units of the Nestle Group ¡V world¡¿s leading food & Beverage Company and the market leader in premium portioned coffee Your responsibilities: 'X Manages all key account orders and independent account orders and trade returns ensuring they are fulfilled complete and on- time.'X Manages the EDI process and suggests process improvements to increase order entry automization and order entry error reductions.'X Investigates trade account chargebacks.'X Manages the process of setting up new trade key accounts. Establish Order Taking & Shipping Instructions for key accounts and keeps them up to date.'X Actively participate in the machine supply planning process to determine future machine stock needs.'X Liaises with the In-Home Commercial team, Supply Planning and Inventory Control regarding order status, future orders and stock situation of products.'X Establishes and reports Key Performance Indicators in the area of Trade Support.'X Review Trade Support processes and suggests process improvements to increase customer service level.
