Wine Country Gift Baskets, is the leading Catalog and Internet retailer of gourmet food, wine & specialty gift baskets. We are seeking the best Corporate Sales Representatives to come and support our BUSY call center throughout the holiday season! This position is seasonal through the end of December 2008.  Pay is $14 an hour.

 

Key Responsibilities:The Corporate Sales Consultant will be responsible for being the point of contact with corporate customers through in-bound order and customer service calls. Some outbound customer follow up calls are also required. Provide price and shipping cost quotes and answer various questions on gift baskets and the order entry process.Consult with customers to determine needs and offer appropriate gift baskets from our product line.Follow up with the customer to ensure no errors exist on order before order ships.. Handle & resolve any corporate customer service issues. Practices World Class Customer Service to promote loyalty and repeat business.

Requirements:You should be comfortable in business to business environment. Your customers will be corporate, not consumers.The position requires the ability to type at least 25 WPM and basic computer literacy with extended knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.  Must be able to utilize all customer support systems i.e. Order Entry System, Intranet etc. Corporate sales reps must sincerely care about our business and possess a positive attitude and a can-do spirit that allows them to be willing to help our customers. Must be able to work flexible hours especially during season. Some weekends may be required.Detail orientated. Must be enthusiastic & a team player.
