This entails analysis of both store and customer level credit data. This position will interact with business partners and provide guidance in the decision-making process.QualificationsResponsibilities: Build, validate and maintain statistical models. Design statistically sound tests, including setting up proper control groups.Evaluate the results of credit programs and projects, including monitoring profitabilityTake business user's specifications and determine the optimal solution. Must be able to meet tight deadlines to support quick business decisions. Develop a complete knowledge of all Credit and related Sears data sources. Continuously strive to improve productivity, technical skills and access to new data. Skills: Expertise in SAS/Base, SAS/Stats. and SAS/Macro Solid knowledge of logistic and linear regression modeling as well as Decision Tree or CHAID techniques.
