We are currently seeking highly driven, professional part-time Merchandising Specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for performing on-going merchandising and product awareness services in order to influence consumers and maximize sales of video game products in one of the largest retailers. Individuals will be required to make multiple store visits averaging 12-20 hours per week (up to 6 hours will required on Tuesdays and work must be completed before 6PM). In this role, you will be responsible for setting product to plan-o-grams; ensuring POP placement; collecting and reporting detailed inventory data; and moving product from the stock room to the sales floor. You will also work closely with retail associates and managers informing them of new product launches, promotions and procedures. Your ability to build relationships and maintain strong partnerships with store personnel is key in achieving the goals of this program. Capable of setting product to plan-o-grams, performing resets, POP placement, inventory counts, and moving product from stock room to sales floor Ability to build relationships with store personnel in order to achieve the goals of this program Extremely detail-oriented - must have ability to distinguish similar looking product by game titles and box cover designs Comfortable using a hand held device, digital camera, and uploading pictures to call reports Ability to work assigned daytime store visit schedule - Monday through Friday (Tuesdays are required - up to 6 hrs. - work must be completed before 6PM) Experience influencing shelf and display allocation decisions by store management Experience communicating with store management and associates and building positive relationships Conducts store visits according to the designated frequency Acts as strategic client advisor for store management to enhance retailer relationships Independent, self-motivated and organized Attention to detail and ability to multi-task Completes competitive observations and reporting Completes all administrative duties in accordance with Mosaic client instructions Strives to consistently meet and exceed all program objectives Displays a professional demeanor while representing the client and Mosaic Technical Requirements:24 hour/7 days a week computer access Strong computer skills in the internet, email and MS Word and MS Excel Ability to complete online training as required Auto Insurance Requirements:All employees that are required to use their personal vehicle for business purposes are required to provide Mosaic with evidence of insurance and agree in writing to keep this insurance current throughout employment. Physical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to operate a computer using both hands; stand and /or walk for up to 8 hours in retail environment; sit; reach with hands and arms; read, talk and hear; count and perform basic mathematic functions; sort, organize, and assemble things according to written instructions; regular lifting up to 25 lbs. to move stock or displays from the stock room to selling floor.
