Merchandising Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities include but not limited to: Set up and maintain New Item set-up process and manage New Item spreadsheet, print all weekly departmental reports, arrange entire Line Review process and deal with store concerns/communications. Act as a liaison between Buyer and Vendors (collect all new item sheets, set up appts., request line review/advertising samples and relay messages. Maintain all merchandise information sheets and fabric swatches for advertising. In charge of filing, organizing and maintaining all departmental documents. Excellent communication skills. Must be highly organized with an attention to detail. Strong computer skills with a focus in Excel and Outlook. Must have the ability to work independently setting up excel spread sheets. Must be able to multi task in a fast paced environment.
