Our brands include MONOPOLY, CANDYLAND, TONKA, NERF, MY LITTLE PONY and TRANSFORMERS and provide the highest quality and most recognizable play experiences in the world!Come Play With Us!We are looking for a seasonal Retail Merchandiser who will build relationships with our key retail accounts and execute timely and effective product merchandising initiatives across all Hasbro categories.  This is a TEMPORARY PART-TIME position for approximately 3 months (September thru December); with flexible hours that involves travel throughout a designated area.  We offer a competitive hourly rate and a per diem for travel expenses.  Specific days and hours are determined on an individual basis, according to the needs of the territory – this territory requires 4 to 5 days per week; approx 15 hrs to be worked with permanent merchandiser covering all of the following areas - Sterling,  Manassas, Burke & Fairfax.Using your time management skills you will positively impact sales by: coordinating in-store promotional activities; implementing point-of-purchase material; performing planogram compliance and re-sets, and achieving on-shelf product merchandising objectives.  You will maintain successful account relationships through scheduled store calls and ongoing communication with management teams.The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, flexible and can work as part of a team in a busy retail environment.Basic qualifications for the seasonal Retail Merchandiser position include:-Must live within reasonable proximity of designated area -High School diploma -Willingness to work flexible DAYTIME hours and occasional weekends -Reliable transportation/car insurance -High Speed/DSL access to internet, email and printer -Able to accurately report information by due dates/deadlinesPhysical requirements include:-Bending repeatedly -Climbing ladders -Lifting 40-50 lbs -Standing/walking 3-8 hours per dayDesired qualifications include:-6 months to one year experience in a Retail/Merchandising environment -Good communication and interpersonal skills preferred.        We look forward to hearing from you!
