We are looking for an Experienced Merchandise Manager- Ladies to join our fast-paced environment. Primary Responsibilities: Responsible to meet the requirements of the CPSC( Consumenr Product Safety ) for allLadies garments developed Responsible to indentify market & consumer trends and translate trends into price points Collaborates with buyers and planning staff foy yearly and pre-seasonal plans Develops product direct with vendors-setting development timelines up front for all programs to ensure on time delivery Manages the development  approval process from concept to final production ( garment approval, including the technical aspect of the fit and garment specifications) Communicates with sourcing and buyers on development plans at the beginning of the process Job Qualifications: 5-7 years related experience Detail oriented Proficiency with PC based word processing, spreadsheets and other relevant software including MS Word and Excel. JDA experience a plus. Strong organizational skills, detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Excellent analytical skill and customer service focused. Strong interpersonal and communication both verbal and written skills.
