Men's Divisional Merchandise Manager
Company is a fast growth multi-state retailer featuring name brand apparel for the entire family as well as domestics for the home. We focus on value conscious customers looking for great values. POSITION- This position reports to the President. The successful candidate will be in charge of developing business practices and strategies that build on the strength of the business that drive sales and profits in excess of goals and objectives. This position will be responsible for driving financial plans, seasonal plans, sales and profit plans. REQUIREMENTS- The successful candidate will have over 5 years of managerial experience at the DMM level or above. This position requires extensive experience in the off-price or mass merchant world. Domestic as well as international travel is required. Previous success in people development and team building very important! This position will work closely with P & A to maximize sales and Inventory Management. solid buying and DMM experience in Menswear is required. Solid communication skills both written and verbal are required. A 4 year degree is preferred but the company will consider additional experience in lieu of a degree.
