Master Black Belt
JOB SUMMARY: Train Black Belts using the George Group curriculum. Assist Champions in identifying potential Black Belts and recruit Team Members into the infrastructure. Provide consultation and direction as a subject matter expert on the application of Lean Six Sigma methods to the Champions, Sponsors, Black Belts, and Greenbelts. Lead large scale and complex improvement projects within a business unit, across functional area and effectively coordinate these projects with the business unit Champion(s). Ensure 2-way open communication throughout the organization for Process Excellence. Manage the development and maintenance of methods and systems for measuring the degree to which the project goals, objectives and metrics are being met. QUALIFICATIONS: Undergraduate degree MBA Preferred Certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt and Master Black Belt Conduct Black Belt & Green Belt LSS Classes Coach & Counsel Black Belts & Green Belts on application of LSS tools and DMAIC Methodology Conduct Leadership & Sponsor Training session on DMAIC Methodology and all Leadership Development Sessions & Workshops Coach & Counsel Leadership (Champions, Deployment Leaders & Sponsors) Lead large scale complex internal & external initiatives assigned to multiple Black Belts Provide support to the Process Excellence Program Office Track and report on Black Belt & Green Belt Progress toward Certifications Build relationships and effectively influence Business Unit Leaders
