We deliver our products primarily through Timberland stores, other specialty stores, better-grade department stores, concept shops and independent shoe stores across the globe.RESPONSIBILITIES: The Marketing Specialist is primarily responsible for supporting the delivery of all Timberland PRO retail marketing programs and providing operational support for the Marketing Team. Coordinate the execution of Point of Sale collateral material working with PRO Marketing Mgmt Leadership, field sales representatives and Global Creative Services (production). Manage the administration of all fulfillment programming requests. Track and process Coop reimbursements for Timberland PRO retailers. Support the execution of all regional and national trade shows. On-going tracking of the PRO Marketing budget and manage the processing of all purchase orders and invoice administration. Ensure vendors and suppliers are compensated on a timely basis and adhere to Timberland requirements. Manage and maintain marketing collateral. Manage and maintain customer and consumer databases. Assist in preparing department presentations. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree required; MBA desirable. 1-3 years of Marketing experience, preferably in a retail environment. Must be detail oriented with a demonstrated ability to work cross functionally as well as strong organizational and project management capability. Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills.
