Job Category Sales/Retail/Business Development Manager of Personal Shopping --- At His Service Manager, Bloomingdale's New York Overview:  We are seeking a high energy individual who has the ability to manage and maximize Bloomingdale's "At His Service" Men's personal shopping business.  You will lead our experienced team of  "At His Service" consultants in cultivating existing clients as well as generating new customers through your existing network.    Key Accountabilities: Lead a team of  "At  His Service" professionals  in sales clienteling, service and loyalty Generate ideas to develop business opportunities Meet or exceed sales and new account goals Partner with the central buying, and public relations teams to conceptualize and leverage in store event traffic and sales maximization Attend networking events Skill Summary: 5 years related experience, preferably in Men's luxury retail BA/BS required Established client book Proven track record to manage, develop and motivate people while driving business initiatives Excellent  written and verbal interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external business partners to achieve resultsBloomingdale's is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/V/D
