Job Category Customer Support/Client Care Manager of Clienteling and Customer Service --- Bloomingdale's New York Overview:  Bloomingdale's is seeking a Manager of Clienteling and Customer Service. The Manager of Clienteling and Customer Service is responsible for supporting the Bloomingdale's store organization in our effort to drive a Professional Selling Culture and to build effective and loyal relationships with our customers.    Key Accountabilities: Central ownership of all aspects of customer feedback systems. Provide weekly audits to management and troubleshoot technical problems for stores. Determine critical service issues and appropriate solutions to communicate to the stores.  Create appropriate material to communicate, train and execute those solutions. Act as liaison between the stores, the customer, and Macy's Inc. legal on all special attention customer issues. Coordinate resolution efforts to mutual satisfaction, and communicate with the customers regarding settlements. Coordinate and facilitate monthly service recognition program. Maintain the content of the Clienteling and Customer Satisfaction Website Determine store service and clienteling training needs, and maintain the content of all related training materials and support documentation. Collaborate with Education department and other central areas to ensure that training and communication materials across pyramids are updated and deliver a consistent brand message. Partner with VP and Regional Customer Loyalty Managers to roll out b-connected  program into new divisions and new stores Qualifications 4 year college degree 3-5 years of service related experience Ability to make decisions on behalf of the company Ability to handle sensitive customer complaints with appropriate partnerships with Human Resources and the legal department Strong analytical ability Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Strong team player, able to effectively work with people at different levels Bloomingdale's Is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
