Individuals who are driven to earn our customers' trust and business every day, who act with integrity, who treat everyone fairly and value diversity, and who are accountable for their actions are welcome to show interest in becoming a member of our winning team.Manager, Business Finance - Home Service is seeking energetic and talented finance associates driven to deliver financial solutions for our Home Services business.QualificationsSpecific responsibilities for the Business Finance Managers will include the following:· Conduct business and financial analysis to support strategic and operational initiatives· Perform financial analysis and build business cases to support new ventures· Analyze and monitor financial performance of new programs· Regulate and ensure there are proper control of assets and local purchases· Work with business on financial planning and forecasting processes- Create variance reports with quantitative and qualitative causes· Report and produce monthly analyses of business performance- Create more detailed business and financial monthly metrics and analyze and summarize these metrics- Work with business to create metric standards- Analyze actual revenue and expenses by account· Work with senior management and operations to uncover financial issues within the business· Structure analytical solutions and facilitate cross-functional teams to resolve issues· Promote economic/financial literacy within the Product Repair Services organizationQualifications:· Bachelor's degree is required· 2 to 5 years financial analysis experience required (4 to 10 years preferred)· An MBA is a plus· CPA or CFA is a plusProfessional Experience:· Strong quantitative/analytical skills. "Hands on" and able to function autonomously.· Effective verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively upward as well as downward in the organization.· Team player.
