Location New York, NY 10001Status Full Time, EmployeeJob Category IT/Software DevelopmentJob DescriptionMacintosh Technical Support Analyst Overview: Responsibilities include but are not limited to supervising and ensuring helpdesk tickets are closed in established timeframes, prioritizing helpdesk tickets to ensure critical issues are identified and resolved, respond to support calls and communicate efficiently with non-technical staff.   Ensure that routine maintenance operations are completed. Implement rollouts for new hardware and software installations, upgrades and other desktop support projects by developing project plans. Generate reports as required. Update and create documentation as needed for systems, software and hardware support. Maintain image control of the Desktop support configurations.   Key Accountabilities: • Ensuring helpdesk tickets are closed in established timeframes • Routine maintenance operations • Implement rollouts for new hardware and software installations, upgrades • Update and create documentation as needed for systems, software and hardware support • Maintain image control of the Desktop support configurations. • Provide additional administrative support to EUC Manager • Project Management  Skills Summary:  Must have full working Knowledge of Mac OSX and Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft Office.
