The Navy Exchange, a $3B worldwide retail sales organization serving the military community is recruiting for the positions of:

 

Store Division Manager – Hardlines (Electronics and Sporting Goods)

Department Manager – Electronics (Cameras, Video Games, Computer and Software)

 

Continued growth and plans for expansion of the NEX at Naval Base San Diego has the highest sales volume of any Navy Exchange in the continental U.S. Plans for expansion over the next two years have created management opportunities with career growth potential for experienced, effective, and customer service oriented candidates.  Positions require a minimum of 3 years management experience, 4 years for Division-level Management, and a proven track record of success driving sales and profits, with a high volume Department store and/or Hardlines/Softlines specialty retailer.  The ideal candidates will have demonstrated skills in merchandising, operations, inventory and expense control as well as expertise in team building, training and motivation of customer service/sales associates and supervisors.  If you have:
