Loyalty Marketing Supervisor

We are seeking an energetic marketing supervisor to support the rapid growth of our successful direct response division. Primary responsibility will be to coordinate and manage the email marketing efforts for direct response brands to include:

 Strategizing new email campaigns. Internal set-up with other departments, as well as coordination with email vendor. Interacting with the creative, IT, direct mail, analytics and customer service teams to gather all necessary information for implementation of email strategies. Back-end analysis and creation of email presentations. Troubleshooting source code issues.



Requirements
Experience coordinating and managing online email loyalty marketing campaigns either on the client or vendor side  Experience with customer segmentation strategies Requires hands-on analysis and strong communication skills to coordinate and monitor campaign details to deliver cost-effective results. Must be extremely detailed and able to manage and maintain several campaigns at one time. Must have exceptional organization skills Must be proactive and motivated to generate new ideas Great attitude, very personable and possess ability to interact positively with others to help bridge the gap between departments
