THE MOBILE SOLUTION CORPORATION (TMS) is the nation’s largest and #1 mall based wireless agent, offering exceptional wireless products and services in over 380 mall locations from coast to coast.  Candidates must be self-motivated, disciplined, enthusiastic, have excellent communication skills and have an aggressive attitude toward sales. We look forward to having you become part of our future!  We currently have an amazing opportunity throughout the GREATER SACRAMENTO/MODESTO/TRACY area for a LOCATION MANAGER.  Summary The Location Manager is the main point of contact for all location activity and responsible for all daily operations.  They are required to meet minimum location sales goals as well as recruit, develop and train Sales Associates. Responsibilities  - Main point of leadership and contact for the location.- On-going motivation and training of Sales Associates on selling techniques, daily procedures and POS system.- Motivation and development of Sales Associates to achieve individual and location sales goals and reduce employee churn.- On-going personal and professional development of Sales Associates.- Exemplifies and promotes professional image of TMS to employees, the location and the public.- On-going recruitment of professional Sales Associates.- Keep Sales Associates informed of appropriate corporate communications.- Monitor location inventory daily and keep under 1% loss per month.- Ensure all returns are processed properly.- Complete daily reports.- Review all location paperwork and contracts for accuracy. - Complete deposit logs and verify location deposits.- Monitor and track location and Sales Associates sales daily.- Achieve minimum goals on Phone Replacement Program.- Attend meetings and training classes at Regional office.- Maintain a professional work environment.- Maintain and continue to develop relations with mall management and security as well as other mall tenants.- Provide on-going feedback to Regional Manager and Market Director about mall events, competition, new stores, promotions, etc. Qualifications - MOTIVATED, DRIVEN, COMPETIVE TEAM LEADER.- Responsive—ability to learn—open minded—independent problem solver.- Experience or track record demonstrating professional and personal leadership and sales skills.- Exceptional managerial and communication skills.- Excellent organizational and computer skills.- A “Do what ever it takesâ€� attitude achieve success.- Impeccable character and exemplary work ethic.-Minimum 2 years college OR High School Diploma and at least 2 years experience in a leadership and/or sales position REQUIRED   We offer: - Competitive compensation.
