WE ARE SEARCHING FOR A: KEYHOLDER

 

For our new Garage store opening at: 

 

Cherry Hill Mall, Cherry Hill, New Jersey 

 

 

As a Garage Keyholder, you are a hard working team player with a strong focus on customer service.  In this entry level management role, you are able to take charge of the store when necessary.

 Highly energetic and motivated, you are responsible for opening and closing the store when the Manager, Associate or Assistant manager is absent. Your primary function is to assist the management team in leading all personnel, product and merchandising functions, business processes and results for your store. You ensure that all elements of the brand image and visual presentation requirements are understood and adhered to by the team. You lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and demonstrating brand selling skills in order to maximize sales and optimize the customer experience in the store.

 

Ultimately, as a Garage Keyholder, you have the opportunity to act as Manager on Duty and oversee the sales and customer service in the store.  Are you this aspiring star? Then we want you on our team!

 

Our Garage Keyholder must have the following key qualifications and competencies:

 

¶  6 months retail management experience.

¶  High school diploma.

¶  Strong interpersonal skills.

¶  Client-focused.

¶  Ability to resolve problems.

¶  Ability to coach and monitor.

¶  Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
