About the Opportunity...
The Key Holder provides critical support to the Management team by providing relief coverage and supervision of the Showroom on behalf of the manager in his/her absence. The Key Holder is knowledgeable in all areas of the Showroom and can be relied upon for his/her constant professionalism and leadership. While this position does not assume any performance management responsibilities, i.e. counselings, reviews, and the like, the Key Holder is considered a member of the management team and is expected to carry out a variety of tasks that relate to the operational success of the Showroom.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in a retail setting, with experience in a key holder, or supervisory position desired.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel.
