Job Title: SAP AFS SD Support Analyst, Shared Services Department

Job Description:

K-Swiss, Inc. recently implemented SAP (ECC, BW, MDM, Xi, SD, MM, FI/CO, AFS) to support all distribution, logistics and financial operations in Europe and North America. The SAP Support Analyst position will act as liaison and as first level of SAP support for our customer service and merchandising users in North America.  Key responsibilities will include:

 Master data maintenance Configuration of the Sales and Distribution module Issue resolution and first-level help desk supportRoot cause analysisFrequent communication with businessQuality assurance testingDocumentation (including configuration and business process)Special projects

 

This position reports to the Shared Services manager.  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years SAP support experience in SAP SD and have a thorough understanding of SD integration with FI/CO and MM – AFS and New GL experience is preferred. General knowledge of master data set-up (e.g. customers, pricing), sales order lifecycle and  reporting is required. Must be able to work independently and provide technical and process solutions to meet user needs. Strong communication and problem solving skills are a must. Candidate will be required to coordinate with other support teams and business leadership to ensure appropriate integration of processes, modules and data across the enterprise

 

Ideal qualifications:At least one full SAP implementation in a configuration roleConfiguration with SAP Sales and Distribution moduleApparel experience highly preferredUndergraduate degree requiredCommuting distance to Westlake Village/Thousand Oaks, CA
