Internet Marketing Manager - Robeez

Responsible for managing Robeez E-Commerce website(s) and online marketing efforts.  Leading and directing online brand development, consumer acquisition and retention marketing efforts for Robeez. Development of innovative brand marketing, emerging channel integration, paid and natural search, partnership marketing/content integration programs, email marketing acquisition, retention programs, and other media-based business community building activities. PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES/OBJECTIVES• Own and manager robeez.com strategy, annual planning and budget. • Collaborate in the development of online Robeez marketing programs • Manages website calendar and coordinates/executes updates • Manages and monitors drive-to-site programs including online advertising, paid search, organic search and brand building (national advertising and PR coordination) and affiliate marketing • Provide user experience expertise to build online community/relationships with Robeez consumers and then manage the creative process to execute through digital channels. • Manages day-to-day website operations including, product and content management, site functionality, partnering with corporate IT and customer care issues • Provide regular analysis of site traffic, product receptivity, marketing campaigns and ROI, and seasonal business trends • Manages changes to site with IT/web design agencies, ensure changes have been communicated to all necessary parties • Provide ad-hoc copywriting as necessary• Conduct industry analysis; keep up-to-date on changes in the marketplace and products • Responsible for analytics including cost per click, new customer acquisition, ROI analysis and lifetime value metrics. â€¢ Manages and reconciles E-commerce budget.• Coordinates with European team on executing international marketing. REQUIREMENTS• Bachelor's degree required/MBA preferred • 5-7 years of online marketing experience with a branded product line. Proven track record for developing and executing successful online marketing programs.  E-Commerce experience preferred  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable proposals. • Strong collaboration skills. • Solid writing, communication and presentation skills. • Able to multi-task and prioritize projects. • Comfortable in fast-changing, fast paced environment with tight deadlines. • Experience in international online marketing a plus (France, Germany, UK)   Company: The Stride Rite Corporation Location: 02420 Status: Full Time, Employee Job Category: Marketing/Product Career Level: Manager (Manager/Supervisor of Staff)
