Inside Sales Representative II (7)

Status:

Full Time/ Exempt

Responsibilities include:

· Develop an above average understanding of new and existing company products

· Learn and master department sales scripts, software and data-systems for quality job performance and customer service excellence

· Draft and propose “Strategic Marketing Plans� for designated call territories to immediate management for review, advisement, approval and implementation

· Charismatically engage and motivate customers with a friendly, accommodating and sales-minded approach

· Continually receive inbound calls and place outbound calls to internal and external customers daily

· Handle each customer call within prescribed department time frames

· Communicate price, product features and benefits to new and existing customers

· Assist, probe and close high percentage of consumer sales call (inbound and/or outbound) in a timely, but “customer satisfied� fashion

· Confirm product/service orders of new and existing customers placed with Field Account Representative(s)

· Grow individual and department sales volume through constant customer phone interaction, and department approved customer service techniques

· Acquire new customer leads through department  approved “lead generationâ€� tactics  

· Attentively listen to and document all customer personal, business and purchase information properly and accurately for viewing and reporting purposes

· Abide by and stay abreast of all new and existing call center department policies, procedures and programs

· Report all pertinent and requested data to department management in a timely manner

· Attend all company and department functions such as meetings, presentations, trade shows and trainings, i.e. product training, sales training, software and systems training

· Operate in a courteous, polite and productive manner when interacting with personnel from all departments.

 

Qualifications:

·  Bachelor degree with 3-5 years inside sales/call center/prospecting experience required.

·  Experience working in a predominately outbound sales oriented call center.

·  Must be computer savvy with MS Office skills, comfortable performing Vertical Look-ups on Excel, and familiarity with ACT Database.

 Â·  Patience with an underlying sense of urgency needed and proven track record of meeting and exceeding customers’ needs and expectation is a must.

·  Ability to own and drive sales process.

·  Accountability, maturity, and professionalism required.

·  Must have strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to work independently and problem solve.

·  Ability to provide high quality telemarketing, sales, and customer service while maintaining required performance levels and department standards.

· Exceptional time Management skills a must!

· High energy, enthusiasm, and competitive drive is an absolute must!

· Interest in crafts &/or scrapbooking a big plus.
