Cricket Communications has multiple opportunities for individuals looking to contribute to an organization that rewards your success.Position Overview | Indirect Account Manager | Philadelphia, Central NJ, Atlantic City• Meet or exceeds business objectives set forth in business plan for the assigned territory. This includes, but is not limited to net subscriber growth, churn, ARPU, CCU CPGA, and EBITDA. • Strives to maintain customer satisfaction scores. • Demonstrates an understanding of key financial drivers of the business and makes decisions consistent with business goals. • Manages assigned territory: sales distribution, planning and customer service. • Collaborate with indirect distribution partners to develop, measure, and manage business plans on an ongoing basis.• Assist District Director with budget preparation and P&L management. • Partner with District Director and appropriate finance manager to identify opportunities in cost improvement and all financial functions within the assigned territory. • Participates in business strategy by developing key strategies/programs for sales, marketing, PR, finance, human resources, and customer operations by bringing field knowledge to the market leadership team. Implements these key strategies/policies within the assigned territory. • Develops, implements and manages the distribution strategy for assigned territory. • Balances customer growth, cost, customer attrition and market conditions with the overall corporate/market distribution strategy for assigned territory.• Maintains the awareness of Cricket’s presence in the assigned territory market(s) and districts through effective use of local PR, marketing, co-op/MDF initiatives. • Develops and maintains solid relationships with key distribution partners and vendors in assigned territory. • Proactively informs District Director of key issues and challenges and provides potential solutions. • Shares best practices with other territories, districts and markets. • Asks for performance feedback regularly from peers. Qualifications | Experience• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline or equivalent experience. • Minimum 3 years Outside Sales experience, including a retail distribution focus. Telecommunications industry experience preferred. • Minimum of 3 years experience managing against P&L goals, budgeting, forecasting and managing results. • Good PC skills. • Demonstrates professional image and excellent oral, written, presentation, and communication skills. • Good business acumen with an understanding of retail sales and guerilla marketing tactics. • Ability to relate and work well with a variety of people.• Bi-lingual in Spanish is preferred.• Possess a satisfactory driving record and travel over 40 hours a week within the surrounding areas of Milwaukee. • Leadership and training skills are a must.We are proud to be an EEO/AA employer M/F/D/V.
