Inbound Sales Support Rep - Part Time

Tasks:Provides inbound sales and customer service support for the door-to-door sales teams. Act as the primary contact and coordinator for the door-to-door sales team. Coordinate and facilitate processing of orders from the field. Interpret, translate, explain, and provide applicable, accurate, and appropriate information with respect to products and services, equipment, policy and procedure, account status, marketing promotions and campaigns, and serviceability. Be accurate with order processing to assure minimum errors or consequential issues in fulfilling orders. Administer special projects as assigned by the management staff. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Excel, Access and Word software proficient Cable Data knowledge preferred Good written, organizational and verbal communications skills Ability to communicate courteously with customers and internal departments. Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure. Excellent customer service skills Must be team player able to anticipate and react to changes quickly. Ability to work overtime, as needed.
