Summary of duties and responsibilities: Answer Taylor Gift and Get Organized! phone lines, open mail orders, enter phone and mail orders Assist customers with questions regarding orders and product information and enter service tracks to appropriate departments. Prepare catalog mailings, process refund check by verifying amounts, stamping and inserting in envelopes.

 

Primary duties and responsibilities:

 40 %   Answer Taylor Gift & Get Organized! phone lines

 25 %   Enter orders

 25 % Assist customers with questions regarding orders, product information and enter service tracks to appropriate departments

  5 %    Open mail orders

  2 %    Process refund checks

  3 %    Perform other duties as assigned by management

 

Education, prior work experience, specialized skills and knowledge: Ability to work in a fast paced environment, handling multiple priorities; excellent communication skills and the ability to deal professionally with all kinds of people on the phone; detail oriented preferably with experience with computers

 

Physical Qualification: Must be able to sit for shift time period and be able to function using a keyboard, computer and headset.

 

Physical environment/working conditions:  Call Center at Taylor Gifts, Inc.

 

Equipment/machinery used: Computer terminal, telephone, calculator.
