INTERNET CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

 

Cels Enterprises, Inc., parent company of Chinese Laundry, CL by Laundry, Wash, and Dirty Laundry is currently seeking fun, friendly, professional, dependable and driven candidates to join our dynamic Internet Team as a Customer Service Representative.

 

 

Primary Responsibilities:Provide courteous, friendly, efficient and exceptional customer serviceProcess internet orders accurately on a daily basisProcess returns/exchanges accurately and on a timely manner Follow company’s website policies and proceduresMeet established department/company goalsWork closely with Lead Customer Service Rep and General Manager to communicate issues/inventory problemsWork closely with other team members to foster positive working relationshipsCompletes any other assigned tasks/projects

 

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:A.A. degree preferred.  Minimum- High School Graduate or equivalent (GED)2-3 years prior customer service experienceExcellent interpersonal and people skillsStrong verbal and written communications skills Strong attention to detail with high degree of accuracyStrong computer skills ( Windows, Excel, Word)Reliable, dependable, and driven
