Human Resources Benefits Manager
Job Description:
The position is responsible for supporting all aspects of Human Resources with the highest level of professionalism, including, but not limited to developing, managing and implementing HR program and guidelines for Benefits. Other responsibilities may include Administration, Compensation, Payroll, New Hire Processing, HR Intranet functions, and guidelines for Job Classification, Benchmarking, Retention and Training at the corporate level. Candidate will be responsible for administering and analyzing Benefits programs, including the understanding of COBRA, HIPPA, and ERISA. Job requirements:
1. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
2. Must posses a minimum of 7+ years of experience working with Benefits or related HR field
3. Must have 5 years of managerial experience
4. Must posses a minimum of 7+ years experience in administering and analyzing Benefits programs and employee HR process
5. Must demonstrate proficiency and experience working with COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA
6. Payroll experience a plus
7. Must have expert experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
8. Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
9. Lawson experience preferred
10. Multi state experience preferred
11. Bi-lingual skills preferred (Spanish, Mandarin, Korean)
