HUMAN RESOURCES / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

 

Goldline International, Inc., a prestigious precious metals investment company, has an opportunity for a Human Resources / Administrative Assistant.

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITIONExceptional organizational skills.Prepare and update reports using Excel and Word.Work well in a fast-paced, evolving, business environment.Superb time-management and multitasking skills, with extreme attention to detail.Record retention and heavy filing.Completion of assigned tasks under direct supervision related to human resources and legal compliance including benefits administration, employee file maintenance, and attendance tracking.Prepare and review materials of a highly sensitive nature requiring the highest level of judgment and discretion at all times.Proof, blackline and finalize memoranda, letters, and reports.Ability to conduct research and perform online searches.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

In addition to having direct experience and demonstrable success in the above areas, you should also possess:4-yr College Degree is preferred.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
