Support Savers vision by creating, maintaining and auditing personnel files and other team member information.  This job provides administrative support to the Human Resources team that includes the inputting of team member information into the Payroll/HRIS system.  Â·  Creates and maintains active and terminated personnel files for the U.S. and Canada.  Audits files for completion.·  Processes employment verification and rehire requests. ·  Processes requests from stores for human resources paperwork such as Work Opportunity Tax Credit supplies and performance review forms.·  Handles the data entry of all employee information which includes inputting store or department transfers, new hire information, pay changes· Addresses questions from team members and managers regarding personnel files, paperwork, etc Required knowledge, skills and abilities: Â·  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook·  Working knowledge of payroll/HRIS systems·  Working knowledge of ADP EV2 payroll system·  Demonstrated organization skills, customer service skills·  Demonstrated skills for following business protocols and courtesy in listening, reacting and responding to all levels of team member requests or concerns·  Ability to interact with all levels of the organization·  Ability to communicate orally and in writing·  Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multi-task with minimal supervision·  Ability to be detail-oriented ·  Ability to work independently or as a member of a team·  Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information Required Education, Training and Experience:  Â·  High school diploma or equivalent· 1-2 years general office or business experience· 1-2 years experience of data entry related work, preferably within the HR or Payroll environment
