Hourly Department Supervisor Currently we are seeking a Department Supervisor for our Ocoee, FL store.  Department Supervisors interact and sell product to our guests; train associates on product knowledge, selling skills, merchandising standards and guest services; and lead a team of associates in promoting sales and profit goals. This entry level supervisory position will allow you to learn our company as a business owner in one of our departments, meanwhile enhancing your operational knowledge and people skills to become a member of management as the next step in your career. Successful candidates will have a passion for selling and for providing exceptional guest service; as well as, possess strong leadership, communication, training and organizational skills.
