Help Desk Support Associate - MNST 102498
Our client is currently looking for a Help Desk Associate for a temp.-to-direct assignment in Blue Ash.
This assignment is contract typically for 3 - 6 months before going direct, with the client reserving the right to extend the contract to 1 year.
Two shifts are available:
1st shift is7am – 3pm
2nd shift is 3pm – 11pm
Rotating weekends are required.
You must have some experience in a Call Center / Help Desk environment and an Associate Degree in a computer support related program.
If you are selected and successfully complete a phone interview, you will be required to complete the Brainbench Written English (Express) test. Only candidates with very high scores on this test will be selected to begin the contract assignment, but opportunities for promotion have become available typically within 1 year to 18 months of beginning this assignment.
