Help Desk Analyst

Charming Shoppes is currently looking for a Help Desk Analyst who will work in a team environment and be a single point of contact for all CSI corporate office associates for reporting and resolution of IT and telecomm related issues and service requests.The qualified candidate will be responsible for:   Responding to client calls concerning mainframe, PC, LAN, software, hardware, telephone problems, new equipment/software requests, and "how to" questions. Logging all client problems and requests in a call management system. Troubleshooting and escalating problems and requests, as necessary. Keeping clients informed of status and disposition of open problems and requests.
