Responsible for guiding the development of Health and Wellness Interactive Marketing applications, managing regular updates and refinements, and ensuring their seamless integration into the fabric of Safeway sites.Qualifications: • 5-7 years experience in marketing, with 5+ years internet marketing in B-C business• Health and Wellness Interactive Marketing application management and refinement• Health and Wellness Interactive Marketing effectiveness with respect to business goals• New application development• Strong knowledge of interactive technology, application, and user experience management• Subject matter expertise in web site, application, and cross-channel marketing programs• Experience directing teams to implement projects• 3+ years experience in managing web site development and online feature/functionality• Service orientation to internal customers• Strong goal orientation with experience meeting revenue, campaign, and site usability performance targets• Strong communication skills• Ability to manage 3rd party vendors and agencies for corporate web site development programs.• Ability to coordinate with agencies and vendors to develop new site functionality. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:• Manage Health & Wellness application content, functionality, user experience, and on-site initiatives and programs• Manage IM team (Project Management, Creative, Production) and agency partners to implement FoodFlex application changes• Collaborate across IM Team to ensure comprehensive and integrated approach• Manage content, feature, and functionality update process• Collaborate with Dir. Innovations to understand priorities, related innovation pipeline, and performance targets to achieve• Accountable to Marketing Strategies for effective implementation and management of Health and Wellness initiatives• Develop Business Requirements Documentation for FoodFlex initiatives to be implemented on corporate sites• Obtain sign-off from Dir.
