HR Coordinator

Regional People Coordinator The ideal candidate will be an individual that is looking to gain entry-level experience in recruiting and general HR functions.  This position is part of the West Region Field People Team and reports to the Regional People Director. Specific areas of competence or proven accomplishment will include: Sense of accuracy and ability to be focused on details Proven team player and building relationships with others Goal & results oriented Ability to ask questions and to understand scope or direction of assignment Acts with sense of urgency Embraces change in a fast paced environment Primary duties include: Talent Acquisition Sourcing & Recruiting Recruitment Advertising Talent Screening / Interviewing Manage New Store/PetsHotel Staffing Processes University Relations Maintain / Establish relationships with colleges & universities Schedule / coordinate: career fairs, on-campus interviews, etc. Reporting (monthly/quarterly)Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Psychology or HR preferred.
